  1. Service Agreement:
    By engaging AdvanceFlex Cleaning & Maintenance Services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are binding for all services provided by AdvanceFlex.
  2. Service Provision:
    AdvanceFlex Cleaning & Maintenance Services will provide cleaning and maintenance services as agreed upon with the client. The scope of services, frequency, and other specific requirements will be confirmed in writing.
  3. Service Schedule:
    We strive to adhere to the agreed-upon service schedule. However, AdvanceFlex reserves the right to adjust schedules due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. We will notify clients in advance of any changes.
  4. Client Responsibilities:
    The client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible environment for the service team. Any hazards or potential risks must be communicated to AdvanceFlex prior to the scheduled service.
  5. Cancellation Policy:
    A cancellation charge may apply if the client cancels a scheduled service with less than 48 hours’ notice. The charge will be up to 50% of the service fee, depending on the circumstances. Cancellations must be made via phone or email to ensure proper documentation.
  6. Payment Terms:
    Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service or as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract. Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest.
  7. Liability:
    AdvanceFlex Cleaning & Maintenance Services will exercise due care while performing services but will not be held liable for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or client negligence. Clients should notify us of any concerns before the service begins.
  8. Complaints and Disputes:
    If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues promptly.
  9. Termination of Services:
    AdvanceFlex reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms of the agreement, including non-payment or unsafe working conditions.
  10. Confidentiality:
    AdvanceFlex Cleaning & Maintenance Services will respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not share personal or business-related details without prior consent.
  11. Amendments to Terms:
    AdvanceFlex Cleaning & Maintenance Services reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
